Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If there is any delay in processing your order (for example, due to high demand or holiday periods), we will notify you by email.

Shipping Time
Once processed, estimated shipping time is 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees; international shipments may be affected by customs processing or other factors outside our control, which may cause slight delays.

Total estimated time from purchase to delivery: 9 to 14 business days.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or experiences any issue in transit, contact us at [voneri_ctstore@proton.me] and we will resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, although we will do our best to help resolve the situation if you contact us promptly.

30-Day Warranty
In addition to any statutory warranty or right of conformity you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence (for example, the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee applicable in the European Union), Voneri voluntarily offers additional coverage of 30 days from the date of delivery to cover manufacturing defects or issues with your order. This coverage does not replace, limit, or otherwise affect your statutory consumer rights, which remain fully in effect.
